When you record, please share at the beginning:

• Your name
• City you currently reside in
• Job/Occupation/Title - can be literal, figurative, or both! (ex: Teacher, Free Spirit, Part Time Yoga Teacher / Full-Time Manifestor)
• Your Story (based on the topic this week)
• Please make sure your audio clip is between 15-45 seconds
• Example: “I’m Sara, and I’m a graphic designer based in Chicago. A limiting belief I was held was…. and then I realized…. Now, it’s my favorite…”

Quick tips for recording the best audio:

• Find a quiet, enclosed space to minimize background noise.
• Use a microphone or headphones with a built-in microphone to improve sound quality.
• Speak clearly and at a consistent volume.
• Avoid speaking too close or too far from the microphone.
• Record in a WAV or MP3 format for best quality.
• Remember, a good quality recording will help ensure that your story is heard clearly and effectively by our listeners!
